Terms and Conditions

1. Who Can Use Rylxo

• You must be at least 18 years old to create a clinic account
• You must provide accurate information during signup and onboarding
• One account per clinic — you are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must not share your login credentials with unauthorized individuals

2. What Rylxo Provides

Rylxo provides a clinic management platform that includes:

• A public booking page for your clinic
• An appointment management dashboard
• Walk-in queue management
• Doctor and schedule management
• Follow-up scheduling tools

We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

3. Free Trial

New clinic accounts receive a 30 day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify trial duration at any time for new signups.

4. Subscription and Payment

• Subscription fee is based on your selected plan. Current pricing is available at rylxo.in
• Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice

5. Refund Policy

All payments made to Rylxo are non-refundable. Once a subscription payment is made, no refunds will be issued for any reason including but not limited to partial use, dissatisfaction, or cancellation before the end of the billing period. We encourage you to make full use of the 30 day free trial before subscribing.

6. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of all clinic and doctor information you enter
• You are responsible for informing your patients that their appointment data is stored digitally
• You must not use Rylxo for any unlawful purpose
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the platform
• You must not upload any harmful, offensive, or misleading content

7. Patient Data

When patients book appointments through your clinic's booking page, their data (name, phone number, appointment details) is stored in your clinic's account. You are the data controller for your patients' information. Rylxo acts as the data processor. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent from your patients to collect and store their information.

8. Service Availability

We provide Rylxo on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available service. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from downtime, service interruptions, or data unavailability. Planned or emergency maintenance may occur at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rylxo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of patients. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

10. Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms
• On termination, your clinic's public booking page will be deactivated
• You may request a copy of your data before termination

11. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding of Rylxo is owned by Rylxo. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission. Your clinic's data (name, doctor information, appointments) remains yours — we do not claim ownership over your data.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Rylxo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Rylxo shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
